Botox now derives more than half of its revenue from therapeutic uses and has further FDA approvals for treating conditions as varied as chronic migraines, excessive underarm sweating (hyperhidrosis), crossed eyes (‘Strabismus’), overactive bladder and severe neck spasms.
Most impressive of all was seeing the temperature controlled warehouse which housed over 1 million vials of Botox.
Fact: 1mg of toxin supplies a years worth of botulinum toxin globally.
